Liberty Vote Founder Scott Leiendecker Joins Arch City Report

Scott Leiendecker recently joined the St. Louis Business Journal’s podcast, The Arch City Report, to discuss his vision for Liberty Vote, a new 100% American-owned nonpartisan election technology company. Liberty Vote’s mission is delivering technology and systems that work for election officials and voters, with reliability and user experience at the core.

Scott began his career serving in the Missouri Secretary of State’s office and later as Director of Elections for the City of St. Louis. Serving as an election administrator gave him firsthand understanding of the challenges election officials face — from long lines and limited resources to the need for dependable technology that works.

In 2011, Scott founded KNOWiNK and introduced the Poll Pad, the first and only federally certified electronic poll book in the United States. That same commitment to practical innovation now drives Liberty Vote: building systems that perform, simplify complex processes, and strengthen confidence in the results.
